Shipping Within Australia

Shipping costs a flat rate of $10.95.

Australian orders are fulfilled Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If we anticipate any delays with your order Learn & Grow Toys will contact you immediately and likewise, if your order is urgent please let us know.

Local Pick Up Orders

Pickup in store should only be chosen by local customers to the Coffs Harbour region who will be picking up their orders. 

International Shipping

For those customers in Europe, we ship directly out of The Netherlands using DHL Express. Orders are fulfilled and shipped on Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.

International Shipping Times

Orders normally arrive within 1 - 2 days to The Netherlands and 2 - 4 days for the rest of Europe and the United Kingdom. 

Duties & Taxes

Shipping rates are calculated during check out, destination duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Some countries may charge you duties or taxes once they arrive in the destination country. Learn & Grow Toys are not responsible for these charges. 

please be aware that customs duties and/or taxes are not included in your order.

If applicable, you will need to paid these duties before the shipment is released in your country. If your order is delayed, please look out for any custom duties emails from your local carrier or DHL as this is the likely reason for the delay in delivery.
